Access to reliable internet is no longer a luxury—it’s a necessity. From applying for jobs and attending virtual classes to accessing healthcare and staying connected with loved ones, being online is essential to everyday life. At Tech Exchange, we remain committed to bridging the digital divide, and our recent Internet Enrollment Events are a powerful reflection of that mission in action.

As part of this effort, we are currently piloting our ConnectedED by Tech Exchange program through a series of in-person enrollment events. This pilot phase allows us to work directly with community members, better understand their needs, and refine how we deliver affordable internet solutions.

Through this pilot program, we are introducing low-cost internet options starting at just $15 per month, with even deeper discounts available through select promotional plans—bringing the cost down to approximately $11.25 per month for those who qualify.

To make this opportunity even more impactful, we launched a limited-time promotion offering free internet service through July 20th, along with a free mobile hotspot for participants who enroll at our events. By offering this exclusively in person, our team is able to provide hands-on support, answer questions, and ensure participants feel confident getting connected.

The response from the community has been incredibly encouraging.

In May 2026 alone, Tech Exchange successfully enrolled 80 individuals into the ConnectedED pilot during our events. Each enrollment represents more than just a new internet connection—it’s a new opportunity. Whether it’s a student now able to complete homework online, a job seeker submitting applications, or a family staying connected, the impact is real and immediate.

We also saw strong interest in our 6- to 12-month prepaid plans, with several participants choosing to invest upfront to maximize savings and long-term value. These plans not only reduce monthly costs but also provide peace of mind with consistent, reliable service.

Our Internet Enrollment Events are more than sign-up opportunities—they are spaces for education, support, and empowerment. By keeping this pilot program event-based for now, we are able to guide participants step-by-step through the process and provide personalized assistance.

As we continue to learn and grow this pilot, we look forward to expanding access in the future. In the meantime, we encourage community members, partners, and organizations to help us spread the word about our upcoming enrollment events.

Affordable internet is within reach—and together, we can ensure that more families stay connected.
