Director of Development
- Oversee fundraising efforts to support Tech Exchange’s programs, securing support from individuals, foundations, corporations and government revenue
- Develop, implement, and monitor progress toward short- and long-term fundraising strategy and goals
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of prospective and current donors, moving prospects deliberately and thoughtfully through the pipeline
- Coordinate with the team to develop and execute strategies for soliciting computer donations
- Develop and manage grant process including research, proposal writing, monitoring and reporting
- Manage the development database and oversee data entry and gift processing
- Create and execute a strategy for a sustained base of annual individual donors
- Oversee creation of collateral and content to support development activities
- Work with Tech Exchange’s Advisory Board to increase board giving and grow Tech Exchange’s overall network of donors and community champions
- Support activities to grow Tech Exchange’s Advisory Board, including recruiting and onboarding new members
Part-time Bilingual Digital Literacy Instructor
- Lead digital literacy workshops (curriculum provided)
- Manage participant registration
- Distribute participant forms and handouts
- Assist families with Internet sign-up
- Help with computer distribution
- Assist with managing volunteers
