After the extraordinary events at the height of the pandemic, 2021 was another critical period in Tech Exchange’s history. Our organization ramped up staff and capacity, providing devices to meet the urgent needs of students during school closures, and remained on call for ongoing tech support and skills. The immediate crisis may be over, but our community’s digital inclusion needs still persist. In 2021, Tech Exchange distributed 31,624 devices, responded to 4,538 tech support requests, and provided 644 hours of digital skills training…and we’re just getting started.
