Tech Exchange is proud to launch our first annual Serve2STEM Job Fair — a dynamic, hands-on event designed to connect young adults directly with real career opportunities.

Join us for an engaging afternoon where employers, workforce leaders, educators, unions, and community partners come together to support the next generation of talent across STEM and high-growth industries.

Hosted in partnership with the Alameda Labor Council and OakStop, this event is all about creating meaningful connections, expanding access, and building equitable career pathways.

A featured highlight of the event includes a panel discussion on non-traditional workforce pathways, exploring topics such as entrepreneurship, apprenticeships, creative industries, and alternative routes into sustainable careers.
