Expanding Digital Access in Contra Costa County.
At Tech Exchange, we believe that access to technology is a basic human right. Since 1995, we’ve been closing the digital divide in the Bay Area—ensuring every family has a computer, internet access, and the skills needed to thrive in today’s digital world.
Now, thanks to support from the Contra Costa County Measure X Innovation Fund, we’re deepening our impact by launching the Library Tech Equity Connection Project—a partnership bringing free tech services, training, and internship opportunities to library branches in Contra Costa County.
