Oakland, CA — Tech Exchange is excited to announce the hiring of Jose Vigil as our new Marketing and Communications Coordinator. Jose joins our team through the Success Center's Workforce Development Program, bringing with him a wealth of experience as a photographer, digital artist, and marketing strategist.
Jose has already made a significant impact at Tech Exchange, showcasing his leadership and creative talents during the S.E. Manley African American Film Festival, where he was instrumental in developing much of the content for the event. His contributions didn’t stop there; Jose played a key role in launching the Tech X Radio podcast in partnership with Radio B’alam, further expanding Tech Exchange’s reach and influence in the community. "We are thrilled to have Jose on board," said Samuel Aristondo, Director of Partnerships and Community Engagements at Tech Exchange. "His creative vision and strategic marketing expertise will be invaluable as we continue to expand our programs and strengthen our community engagement." As the Marketing and Communications Coordinator, Jose will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, creating digital content, managing communications, and supporting Tech Exchange’s mission to bridge the digital divide. His unique blend of artistic talent and marketing acumen will help elevate Tech Exchange’s brand and amplify our impact across the Bay Area.
